Little Sprouts Learning Garden is seeking a qualified and experienced Infant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing high-quality care.
This role is ideal for a dependable professional who understands the importance of consistency, safety, and nurturing development in the first year of life.
Position Expectations

Provide attentive, responsive care for infants (6 weeks – 12 months)

Maintain strict adherence to safety, supervision, and licensing standards

Follow and manage feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules

Create a calm, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment

Build strong, professional relationships with families

Maintain accurate daily reports and communication
Qualifications Required

Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting

Wisconsin Registry 7 or higher
-
Strong understanding of infant development and routines

Reliable attendance and punctuality (critical for this role)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
