Key Responsibilities:

Program CNC mills (3- and 5-axis) for production runs
-
Analyze drawings and specifications to determine machining operations
-
Select tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to maximize precision and efficiency

Modify and optimize existing CNC programs for different machines
-
Perform manual adjustments and troubleshoot issues during production

Collaborate with operators and engineers to ensure quality and continuous improvement
-
Maintain tooling and program database
-
Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and enhance part quality
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or associate degree preferred)

Proven experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC mills and routers
-
Proficiency with Mastercam (required)

Familiarity with Fagor controls (a plus)

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
