JOB IS ON SITE LOCATED IN NORCROSS, GA

My client has one of the longest and most respectable corporate lineages in American business, which goes back to Alexander Graham Bell and the invention of the telephone more than a century ago. They have a proven track record of being first in the industry with application specific fibers, optical connectors, ribbon cables, erbium doped fibers, Raman fiber lasers, fiber gratings and more. Their mission is to provide leading optical innovations and solutions by designing, manufacturing, and supplying the best optical fibers, fiber cable and components and devices for our customers, with exceptional service that creates value for our shareholders, customers, and employees. To do so, we must continue shaping the future of communications by applying the best minds to the challenges our customers will continually face.

About the Role

We're seeking a Recruiting & Talent Specialist who will support/lead our recruiting efforts for salaried/administrative roles to ensure we have the talent need for today and the future. Reporting to the Sr. Talent & Development Manager, you'll additionally drive critical hiring efforts across the business while ensuring compliance and leading programs that shape our future workforce — from internship pipelines, ex-pat programs, leadership training, to supporting onboarding strategies at our Norcross location

You'll work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leaders, to deliver the talent needed for today and tomorrow. This role isn't about only filing roles fast; it's about building what comes next. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to be more than just a recruiter. You are also passionate about talent development and program management, someone who wants to leave a mark on people, process, and culture.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Recruiting & Hiring Strategy:

o Support/lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and administrative roles across key business units using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

o Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand headcount and define role requirements, as needed or support building a strategy for local execution

o Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns that reflect our brand and mission

o Create dashboards to track recruiting metrics and executive plans to revise actions based on data.

o Own and attend hiring events, job fairs, career fairs, campus and community partnership outreach with technical schools and workforce boards

o Provide administration support for development programs such as external coaching, mentoring, rotational learnings, international assignments, etc.

o Develop and deliver hiring manager toolkits and training to elevate interview quality and consistency

o Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and execute affirmative action programs.

· Overseeing the Learning Management Delivery - 30% of your time

o Manage LMS administration, including user setup, course assignments, progress tracking, and compliance reporting

o Maintain training records for compliance, business, and development purposes.

o Design, upload, and update training modules, videos, and documents to ensure content is current and aligned with business requirements

o Generate and analyze training completion reports, sharing key metrics with leadership to ensure workforce readiness

· Design & Deliver Training Programs:

o Develop and deliver training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires, interns, and existing employees across the business

o Facilitate foundational leadership and soft skills workshops for employees aiming to transition into management roles.

· Training Needs Analysis:

o Conduct skills gap assessments in collaboration with Client, supervisors, and department leads to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.

o Leverage employee performance data and feedback to refine training content and methodologies.

· Talent Programs & Internships

o Design and co-execute internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and early career programs that support future leadership pipelines, including our early career talent program

o Oversee logistics, hiring manager engagement, onboarding, and performance reviews for interns

o Use Canva, PowerPoint, and Articulate to develop intern guides, onboarding assets, and training touchpoints

o Partner with marketing to design career fair material, fliers, early career branding messages

o Gather feedback, track participation trends, and report program impact to senior stakeholders

· Perform other related duties as required.

Key qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field

· 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR program leadership

· Proven ability to run hiring processes end-to-end with professionalism and speed

· Experience developing structured programs (internships, workforce pipelines)

· Clear communication, creative thinking, and a proactive mindset

· Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels

What You'll Enjoy:

· Being part of a people-first team where your voice, innovation, and impact matter

· Working with leaders committed to growing your career, not just assigning tasks

· Exposure to enterprise-level projects and visibility across HR and executive leadership

· A culture where career mobility is real — this is a launchpad for future roles in HR or other areas of the business

· Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow

Working at my client's means having the opportunity to realize ideas, experience innovation and new solutions for the future. In addition to dynamic work environment, they offer competitive salaries and generous benefits programs, including medical, dental, tuition reimbursement and a matching 401(k) plan.

Employees are expected to serve as role models for safe work practices and behaviors. This includes following established health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean, organized work area, wearing, and properly storing all personal protective equipment (PPE), and actively engaging as a safety conscious worker with personal safety and wellness as a priority.

If you'd like to be part of an energetic, world leader in optic fiber solutions, please apply.
