• Coordinate logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to manage supply chain operations effectively.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to address and resolve issues.
• Process and analyze data to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and achieve organizational goals.
• Handle billing functions and related administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Monitor and resolve conflicts through negotiation and problem-solving techniques.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within a transportation or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems; ERP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a strong work ethic.
