Tube Bending Technology, LLC has been serving the aerospace and commercial industries for over 50 years. With roots in the Apollo space program, it is considered the premier tube bending shop in the region. Tube Bending Technology, LLC, is ISO 9001 and AS9100 Registered and Nadcap certified. Our company is growing, and we are seeking an Document Control Clerk/Receptionist to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
The Document Control Clerk will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Maintain an organized filing system
2. Scanning / filing documents
3. Data Entry
4. Document review
5. Greet visitors and customers
6. Answer Phones
7. Customer Service tasks
8. Assist with annual company inventory
9. Assist scheduling
10. Perform other office tasks as assigned
PERIPHERAL DUTIES
1. Ability to prioritize and multitask
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
5. Interact with organizational team members and other departments in a professional manner
6. Assists in formulating strategic plans
7. Perform other duties as assigned
WORKING HOURS
· Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Fridays may be required on an as needed basis.

- Salary Range is $18-$21 per hour. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
