Job Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• ConnecticutLBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) credential required
• Experience in a school setting is preferred

Job Duties:

• Conduct and analyze FBAs to develop individualized BIPs for students.
• Provide direct support and coaching to staff to implement effective behavioral strategies.
• Lead professional development sessions on ABA principles and classroom behavior management techniques.
• Track and evaluate the success of interventions, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
