How You’ll Contribute

As a COTA, you will:

  • Communicate: Share patient progress and concerns with supervisors and team members, and guide families and nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Assist: Help with patient scheduling and ensure accurate daily post charges to patient records.
  • Document: Maintain thorough documentation of patient care in line with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
  • Maintain: Keep equipment and work areas safe and clean.
  • Uphold Standards: Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
  • Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • A current and valid state OTA license or equivalent.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
