About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in the location of employment.

- Experience with patient assessment and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and participate in ongoing professional development.
