Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Temporary, 2 months

Summary:
We are seeking an Office Clerk to help with high-volume document processing and scanning for a finance client. This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to gain office experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan, file, and index documents into electronic systems

  • Prepare outgoing and incoming mail

  • Maintain accuracy and organization of paper and digital files

  • Provide clerical support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, scanning software)

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (boxes of files)

Compensation: $20–21/hr



Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
