Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Temporary, 2 months
Summary:
We are seeking an Office Clerk to help with high-volume document processing and scanning for a finance client. This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to gain office experience.
Responsibilities:

Scan, file, and index documents into electronic systems

Prepare outgoing and incoming mail

Maintain accuracy and organization of paper and digital files

Provide clerical support to staff as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, scanning software)

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (boxes of files)
Compensation: $20–21/hr
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
