WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Participate in MKPS kitting. Make product mobile and de-thrashed for installers.
- Returned goods processing.
- Work in a safe and efficient environment of warehouse receiving and loading functions to improve the handoff to our installation teams.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and Zambonis.
- Material handling up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Team lifts of greater weights.
- Unload product and sort by purchase order.
- Build pallets to be rack-compliant in size and document final rack position on packing slips.
- Pull product for next day loading of fleet.
- Safely load vehicles to capacity for installation.
- Inspect product for quality and communicate damage reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse that sells our capabilities.
- Secure dock area at completion of shift.
- Audit product, orders and locations.
- Use tools to build or break down products and materials.
- Service customers via will call.
- Read work orders and product pull sheets.
- Operate cardboard baler and trash compactor.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 2-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to solve problems and determine solutions that are beneficial to the client, as well as cost effective for Continua.
- Initiative to work independently and bring in the right resources when needed, as well as ability to work well on a team.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is an hourly rate of $21.63-$28.85/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
