RN Supervisor - Full Time Nights
No Weekend Rotation | Holiday Rotation Required
Pay up to $49.77/hour

Key Responsibilities as an RN Supervisor:
- Oversee and maintain approved standards of resident care during your assigned shift
- Supervise day-to-day nursing operations in compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
- Lead and support nursing and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Assist with planning nursing services, programs, and activities
- Complete required administrative duties including documentation, reports, evaluations, and charting
- Participate in regulatory surveys and inspections as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BSN preferred
- Current New York State RN license
- Previous supervisory, head nurse, or administrative experience
- Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
