Building Services Assistant
Pride Health is hiring a Building Services Assistant for one of its clients in Missouri.
This is a 6 Month contract with a possible extension, with competitive pay and benefits.
Pay range: $18 - $19 per hour on W2.
Location: Des Peres, MO (63131)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Summary
Provides Building Services support to System and Network entities on the campus to contribute to satisfaction, safety, and financial goals.
Job Duties
- Picks up and processes incoming, outgoing, and internal mail for multiple buildings on the campus.
- Performs housekeeping and building services duties as assigned.
- Maintains the coffee bar and lunchroom and orders necessary supplies.
- Coordinates maintenance requests and conference room scheduling. Conducts regular cleanliness and maintenance inspections. Meets with contractors when necessary and appropriate.
- Provides relief support to the reception/switchboard.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent reaching and gripping.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more), and to identify and distinguish colors.
