$80K – $90K + Bonus Potential | Full Benefits

We are seeking a polished, client-facing Conference Planner with a background in full-service hotels or conference services to support a high-volume, professional conference environment.

This role supports 200+ events annually with a focus on executive meetings, corporate programs, and high-touch client service.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage planning and execution of multiple events and meetings daily
  • Own and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) from creation through execution
  • Coordinate directly with culinary, AV, and operations teams
  • Lead client communication, site visits, and event walkthroughs
  • Ensure flawless execution of meetings, catering, and room setups
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, and last-minute adjustments
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and service standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in:
    • Full-service hotel conference services or event management
    • Banquets, catering, or conference operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience with BEO management and event detailing
  • Professional, client-facing communication skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Stable work history (2+ years in recent roles preferred)

Preferred Background

  • Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Omni, Ritz-Carlton, etc.
  • Conference Services Manager or Hotel Event Manager experience
  • Experience in high-volume meeting environments
