Location: Baton Rouge/Geismar, Louisiana
Employment Type: Full Time

Electrician Job Description
The below items are an outline of the expected Electrician responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Building Electrical Maintenance.
  • Change out ballasts, re-lamp fixtures etc.
  • Install receptacles, lighting circuits etc.
  • Run conduit and pull wire
  • Rough in and trim out commercial remodels
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Comply with Site safety requirements and Industrial Safety Procedures
  • Understanding the function/operation of electrical testing devices for troubleshooting


Required Credentials:

  • Must obtain TWIC Card after employment
  • Pass Drug Test and Criminal Background Check
  • Valid Driver’s license and Driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation


Recommended:

  • 4 plus years Commercial/Industrial Experience
  • Experience with motorized equipment (Forklift/Manlifts etc.)
  • Basic OSHA Plus


Proof of credentials will be required.
