A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinic Family Practice for a local contract job in Chagrin, Ohio.

Nurse Practitioner (Float)

Location: Chagrin Falls, OH

Pay Rate: $74.87/hr, paid weekly

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare services
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and health counseling
• Perform routine physicals, wellness visits, and chronic condition management
• Encourage preventive care and patient engagement through screenings and education
• Manage patient follow-up and support positive long-term health outcomes
• Assist with clinic operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to ensure exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active NP/PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• 1+ years clinic and FNP experience required
