- Teaching certification in the subject areas and grade levels assigned.
- Warm, positive, and engaging personality with a genuine love for working with students ages (K–8).
- Comfortable teaching and supporting students of different age groups in an open, shared learning environment.
- Strong ability to lead, organize, and guide students while adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and team members.
- Confident with daily computer use and familiar with common tools such as email, word processing, and online platforms; willing to learn new systems.
- Able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and stay flexible throughout the day.
- Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing positively to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
