• Process orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and maintain essential documentation.
• Support recruiting activities by assisting in registration and onboarding processes.
• Resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive outcomes.
• Guide clients through the registration process, providing clear instructions and assistance.• Proven experience in customer service roles, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence and phone interactions.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage time effectively.
