Employment Type: Temporary, 5 months
Summary:
Our HR team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR who enjoys coordination, research, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:

Post jobs across multiple job boards

Review resumes for minimum qualifications

Conduct initial phone screenings when requested

Schedule interviews and track candidate progress

Assist with campus recruiting events and job fairs
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years of office experience

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting tools

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
-
Interest in pursuing a career in HR or Recruiting
Compensation: $22–25/hr
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
