Position Summary
The Water Treatment & Filtration Install and Service Manager is responsible for leading daily installation and service operations, managing field personnel, maintaining installation quality standards, improving efficiency, and ensuring a superior customer experience from initial installation through long-term service relationships.
The ideal candidate combines leadership ability with strong technical skills in the water treatment and filtration business and can effectively manage scheduling, troubleshooting, technician development, and customer communication.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $96,000.00
- Annual Performance Bonus of 10% based on KPI's.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day installation and service operations
- Lead, mentor, train, and support installation and service technicians
- Conduct ride-alongs and quality assurance inspections
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Monitor technician productivity and performance metrics
- Assist with scheduling and dispatch coordination
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Installation and Service Management
- Oversee residential and light commercial water treatment installations and service.
- Verify installation quality and code compliance
- Ensure proper system setup and startup procedures
- Manage installation materials and equipment needs
- Support troubleshooting and field problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of water treatment and/or water filtration experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Kinetico Water Systems
- Experience using ServiceTitan
- Plumbing experience or related trade experience
- Experience with:
- Water softeners
- Reverse osmosis systems
- Whole-house filtration systems
- Specialty filtration systems
- Water testing and analysis
