Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

VocoVision is seeking a passionate and qualified Virtual Intervention Specialist Teacher to provide online instructional services to students across Ohio school districts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students educational success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with special needs in a virtual learning environment

• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in compliance with state and district regulations

• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress

• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and report student progress

• Utilize digital tools and VocoVisions online platform to engage students effectively

Qualifications

• Masters Degree or higher in Special Education or related field

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License (K12 or appropriate grade band)

• Ohio Teaching Certification required

• Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience (virtual experience preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with technology and virtual learning platforms
