What You'll Do
- Provide clerical and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail)
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and related software
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- • High School Diploma/ GED preferred
• Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability at all times
