Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in McLean, Virginia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent, and successfully filling challenging positions. Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop innovative strategies to identify and attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions.
• Leverage various sourcing tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate expertise and suitability for specific roles.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive and detail-oriented experience.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in sourcing and identifying candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting interviews and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
