Pediatric Medical Assistant – Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Pediatric Medical Assistant to support our Pediatrician in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires previous hands-on pediatric medical assistant experience. Due to the specialized nature of this position, candidates without pediatric medical assistant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform pediatric triage, vital signs, and patient histories
• Administer vaccines, injections, and assist with pediatric procedures
• Perform swabs, rapid testing, specimen collection, and EKGs
• Assist the Pediatrician with patient care and clinical flow
• Educate parents and caregivers on medications, treatments, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient patient flow
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
• Deliver exceptional customer service to children and families
Requirements
• REQUIRED: Previous Pediatric Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting
• REQUIRED: Experience working directly with pediatric patients
• Candidates without pediatric medical assistant experience will not be considered
• Certification or licensure preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to pass a background check at time of hire
