Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a team driving position based in Fargo, ND. This role offers high weekly mileage, guaranteed minimum pay, and daily home time, making it ideal for experienced team drivers looking for strong, consistent income.

Drivers will deliver automotive parts to dealerships during overnight hours with structured routes and reliable scheduling.

Route & Freight Details

• Team routes across:
  • North Dakota and Minnesota
• Average:
  • ~3,300 miles per week (team miles)
• Freight includes:
  • Automotive parts (hoods, bumpers, doors, loose parts)
• Delivery type:
  • 100% touch freight
• Responsibilities include:
  • Unloading trailers
  • Scanning freight
  • Picking up returns
  • Securing dealership gates after delivery
• Driving environment:
  • Tight dealership lots and confined areas

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Dispatch time:
  • 7:30 PM (night shift)
• Home daily
• Off weekends
• Home for major U.S. holidays

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,550–$1,800
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: $1,550
• Avg Annual Pay: ~$80,600

Mileage Pay:

• $0.43 CPM (team split)

Additional Pay:

• $7.50 stop pay (per driver)

Bonuses

• $500 transition bonus (paid on second paycheck)

Equipment & Work Setup

• 2022 Freightliner trucks (automatic)
• 48' dry van trailers with lift gates
• PrePass & EZ Pass equipped
• Onsite parking available

Work Environment

• Night driving required
• Cold weather and winter driving conditions
• Frequent maneuvering in tight dealership spaces
• Physical work handling:
  • 40–75 lbs regularly

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required
• Minimum 3 months verifiable team experience (within last 3 years)
• Must be able to:
  • Perform touch freight deliveries
  • Handle tight backing and maneuvering
  • Work overnight shifts
• No pets or passengers allowed

Orientation

• Orientation held in Davenport, IA
• Includes:
  • 2 days orientation
  • 2 days onsite training
