Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm&nbsp;

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, &amp; disease processes</li>
<li>Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>BLS</li>
</ul>
 
LICENSURE REQUIREMENT
<ul>
<li>CA</li>
<li>Valid California Physical Therapist license</li>
</ul>
 
 
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The facility is currently an 8-bed, critical access hospital providing emergency services, family practice medicine, retail pharmacy, and operating a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in addition to other ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, physical therapy, and day surgery services.
