Start the New Year off right by driving your career forward! We're looking for a dependable, flexible, and guest-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our airline crew partnerships. The ideal applicant will have experience in shuttle and have a flexible schedule that will include both first and second shifts.
Start pay is $13.50 an hour plus tips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests, including airline crew members, to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner
- Deliver exceptional guest service and represent the hotel professionally at all times
- Promote the Hilton Honors program and assist with enrolling new members
- Maintain a clean, organized front entrance and ensure shuttle vehicles are spotless and guest-ready
- Stock, organize, and maintain the Made Market (grab-and-go area) with fresh, well-presented items
- Communicate clearly with front desk staff, management, and other departments
- Assist with loading/unloading luggage and respond promptly to guest requests
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and evidence of insurability
- Driving record that meets our current insurance carrier's guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful or high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
- Conduct all work-related duties with a high level of integrity, maturity, and professionalism
