Job Description

Eco Interior Maintenance is looking for Full-Time Floor Care Technicians to join our growing commercial floor care business. Entry level and experienced floor techs are welcome!

Must have valid work permits/authorization to work in the United States.

We will train you!

Second shift is needed, typically 3:30pm - 12:00am. Limited day shifts are available.

This position travels, you will not be at the same location every day (we provide a work vehicle)

Responsibilities:

• Professional cleaning of all flooring materials(carpets, VCT, LVT, Stone, Tile/Grout etc.)

• Wet/dry mops floors in hard-surfaced offices and rooms.

• Scrubs and buffs floor with rotary/automatic machines.

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements – Candidates must meet the following:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must be insurable)
• Reliable transportation to and from our Hyattsville, MD warehouse (3840 West Street)
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
• Flexible availability, including some Saturdays (8:00am – 6:00pm)
• Subject to a background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse location at 3840 West Street, Hyattsville MD 20785

• The ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 75 pounds

• The ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time

• Flexible and open schedule to meet our clients expectations, must be available for Saturday morning shifts 8:00am - 6:00pm
