Salary and Benefits:
The Anesthesiologist position offers a competitive base salary of $450,000 as a 1099 contractor. In addition to a lucrative salary, you will enjoy:

Work Schedule:
This full-time position features a consistent weekly schedule, ensuring stability and predictability in your work-life balance. The standard hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Importantly, this role does not require any on-call duties, which promotes an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Anesthesiologist in this practice, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including obstetrics (OB), orthopedics, and general surgery. Please note that this role does not involve trauma cases, allowing you to focus on specific areas of expertise.
- Supervising and collaborating with CRNAs to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the anesthesia process. Your leadership will be key in fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Participating in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring that patients are well-prepared for surgery and monitored closely during recovery.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records to ensure compliance with medical regulations and support continuity of care.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology.
- Active Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration with CRNAs and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
