Summary: Responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining technical filling systems - including aerosol, bag-on-valve and tube lines -while ensuring quality, safety compliance, and efficient production workflows. Key duties involve setting up and calibrating machinery, troubleshooting malfunctions, conducting minor repairs, and supervising production staff to meet daily quotas.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Machine Operation & Maintenance: Sets up, adjusts and calibrates machinery (e.g., pumps, motors, electronics, pneumatics) based on technical specifications, performing routine checks and preventative maintenance.

Production Leadership: Manages a team of 2-15 workers to meet production deadlines and goals.

Quality Control: Inspects output, verified components weights, and ensure products meet quality standards and safety regulations.

Documentation: Accurately records production statistics, maintenance activities, and batch record corrections.

Troubleshooting: Identifies and resolves technical issues with machinery to minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is typically required.

Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical documents, blueprints and specifications.

Leadership: Ability to motivate, train and supervise staff.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure.
