Job Summary:

The HR Administrator is responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support HR processes, including employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and coordination of HR programs. This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to HR administration.


Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Benefits Administration Support

  • Assist in benefits enrollment processes and provide support to employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate benefits administration.

HR Programs Coordination

  • Support the coordination of HR programs, including training sessions, workshops, and employee events.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs.

Recruitment Assistance

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.

Compliance and Policy Support:

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Handle employee inquiries and correspondence related to HR matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HR certification or coursework in Human Resources.
  • Experience in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and software.
