A growing metal shop in Rogers, MN with an excellent reputation with both clients and employees is looking to add shop helpers to their team. This shop helper position is a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts with shift differential pay.
Location: Rogers, MN
Rotating Schedule:
- 1st Week - Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 2nd Week - Work Wednesday and Thursday
Hours and Pay:
- 9 am - 9 pm, rotating schedule - $18/hr.
- 9 pm - 9 am, rotating schedule - $19/hr.

Job duties of the metal shop helper:
- Racking and un-racking metal parts
- Putting in / taking out metal parts from the furnace
- Grinding and polishing metal
- Wiping metal parts off
- Inspecting parts
- Packaging parts
Job requirements of the metal shop helper:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Steel-toe boots
