 All Positions are required to be available for in-person meetings at the Louisiana DOTD Headquarters and other State Facilities as required by the agency and its staff within 24 hours notice.

<li>Resource is located within a 90 mile radius of DOTD HQ or</li>
<li>Domiciled in Louisiana</li>
<li>Travel throughout the State to support DOTDs Local Government Road Data Sharing initiative</li>
</ul>
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following area is mandatory: 
<ul>
<li>ESRIs Suite of Desktop and Enterprise software</li>
</ul>
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable: 
<ul>
<li>Provide Agile Method of Project Management</li>
<li>Knowledge of the States procurement, invoicing and payment methodologies</li>
</ul>
