Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Nacogdoches, TX
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans</li>
<li>Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques</li>
<li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active Physical Therapist license in California</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)</li>
<li>Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong clinical and patient care skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply)</li>
<li>Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings</li>
<li>Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards</li>
</ul>
