Job Title: Order Entry Clerk
Location: Norwich, CT (Full-Time, Onsite)
Pay Rate: $21–$24/hour

Job Description:
A growing company in the Norwich, CT area is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join their team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, maintaining data integrity, and supporting daily administrative operations within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update customer and order records
- Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and discrepancies
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed
- Ensure timely processing and documentation of orders
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of data entry experience required
- Previous experience working in an office environment is required
- Strong computer and system skills (ERP or order management systems a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
