First hire owning agentic video pipelines. Build routing, fine-tuning, and backend logic that powers a next-gen video co-pilot. High autonomy. No hand-holding.

<li>Fine-tuning + post-training on targeted tasks</li>

Must-Haves
<ul>
<li>2+ years fine-tuning LLMs/VLMs</li>
<li>Hands-on with video/image models</li>
<li>Built agentic or multimodal applications</li>
<li>Comfortable as the only specialist building the foundation</li>
