Dental Front Office Team Member in Charlotte, NC
Location: Langley Dental Care – Berewick Town Center, Charlotte, NC

Langley Dental Care is seeking an Dental Front Office Coordinator proficient in Dental practice scheduling and customer service to join our dynamic, patient-focused team. If you're organized, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a supportive, high-tech environment, we’d love to meet you!
We’re a growing dental practice known for exceptional patient care and a welcoming atmosphere. Located in Berewick Town Center, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our patients and providing top-tier dental services.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Appointments: Schedule patient visits and coordinate schedules.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent communication with patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle office correspondence, customer experience, and assist with payments and communication of treatment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and value consistency .
- Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

- Work-Life Balance: 4 days per week. Patient hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with Fridays from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Once a month, we alternate a Monday for a Friday shift.
