Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with experience in educational settings. You will support students across grades K-12, delivering therapy that enhances their learning experiences and daily school activities. The position is full-time, onsite, and spans the 2025-2026 school year, with immediate availability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with school-based experience
  • Proven ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with school protocols and the educational environment

Location:

  • Kent, Washington

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full K-12 caseload providing occupational therapy services
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement interventions tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate therapy activities into classroom routines
  • Maintain documentation and comply with school, district, and legal requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP planning
