Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and Managing Content Calendar
- Keep Marketing annual calendar of activities current.
- Creating, writing, and publishing content on our social media platforms
- Create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Interacting with readers on social media platforms
- Creating blog posts, email campaigns, surveys
- Creation of flyers and in-store marketing collateral
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for trade show events, including registration, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.
- Creates and supports marketing initiatives to build the brand in accordance with our mission, values, objectives, and brand image.
- Ensuring that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
- Company brand point of contact.
- Email Campaigns, Print Ads, Web Traffic, Digital Ads
- Monitoring marketing trends as well as keeping an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace.
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
· At least 6 – 8 years of experience in content management, creative writing, and managing email and social media campaigns.
· Excellent Microsoft Platform skills
· Experience with design platforms (Canva/InDesign)
· Experience with CRM systems preferred.
