Lakeline Family Dental is a warm, patient-centered, small private practice looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment where patients and staff alike feel like family.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Assist the dentist chairside with restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control protocols</li>
<li>Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral images along with 3D scans</li>
<li>Support front-desk functions if needed (checking in patients, scheduling, etc.)</li>
<li>Provide compassionate, attentive care that helps patients feel at ease</li>

Who You Are
<ul>
<li>Texas RDA license in good standing</li>
<li>CPR/ certifications in sealants/ nitrous is added bonus</li>
<li>Positive, dependable, and team-oriented</li>
<li>Excellent chairside manner with patients of all ages</li>
<li>Comfortable with Eaglesoft (preferred but not required – we will train)</li>
