Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient team in Orland Park, IL. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Promote wellness through preventive care and patient education
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Illinois APRN license and Board Certification in Family Medicine
  • Active DEA registration and Illinois Controlled Substance License
  • EMR proficiency (Epic preferred); strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Minimum 3 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
