Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize clinical judgment to assess and treat patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions including post-operative open heart surgery care and electrophysiology studies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care from admission through discharge
- Participate in research studies and clinical trials focused on advancing cardiovascular treatment
- Adhere to strict attendance policies to maintain the integrity and efficiency of patient care delivery
Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU specialization
- Experience in cardiovascular nursing, preferably within a critical care or cardiology unit
- Ability to manage complex patient care scenarios involving procedures such as PTCA, stenting, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemaker monitoring
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
