Qualifications:

<li>
Tig Weld aluminum and stainless
</li>
<li>
Ability to weld thin materials without warping.
</li>
<li>
Strong control over torch angle, filler metal, and heat input.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of shielding gases (argon, helium, mixes).
</li>
<li>
Ability to weld in all positions (1G–6G).
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Material Knowledge
<ul>
<li>
Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, titanium.
</li>
<li>
Understanding material preparation, cleaning, and fit-up.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Blueprint &amp; Welding Symbol Reading
<ul>
<li>
Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Safety
<ul>
<li>
PPE (gloves, hood, respirators).
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of ventilation requirements (especially for stainless steel and exotic alloys).
</li>
</ul>
