Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students communication goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to help students improve speech, language, and social communication skills.
• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure goals are being met.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure coordinated support for each student.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in Missouri.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
