The Associate Brand Manager plays a key role within the marketing team, driving brand strategy and executing diverse campaigns across digital, traditional, and multichannel platforms. This role requires managing budgets, collaborating cross-functionally, and overseeing vendor relationships to ensure consistent product positioning and impactful promotions. The Associate Brand Manager operates with some independent decision-making authority and is responsible for comprehensive performance tracking and stakeholder communication through various reporting cadences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with market trends and company goals
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing, traditional advertising, product launches, and multichannel campaigns
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
- Conduct competitive research to inform product positioning and promotional efforts
- Create and review content to maintain brand consistency and appeal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
- Track campaign performance and generate reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc bases
- Communicate with stakeholders to align marketing efforts and ensure transparency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management
