How we will compensate you:

  • You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2021, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent's Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $124,000.
  • Individual agent performance will determine your income.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their financial needs and inquiries.
  • Engage in sales activities to promote financial products and services, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills to effectively assist clients and address their needs.
  • Proven sales ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
