Office Assistant at Venettini Footwear. you will be assisting other employees with general office tasks.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office / Excel with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks to support financial record-keeping and invoicing processes
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
- Pick and pack orders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus English/Spanish
