Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
We are seeking highly self-motivated individuals to join our manufacturing area. This role involves working in a two-person team to manage the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of equipment parts. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. The position requires physical strength for tasks involving heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team member to disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment parts.
- Handle heavy lifting of parts weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for mechanical assembly and general labor tasks.
- Spray parts with a water-based solution to remove residual ink, ensuring minimal ink splatter.
- Maintain a well-organized cleaning procedure to ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts up to 100 lbs.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
- Experience or willingness to learn assembly and disassembly processes.
- Strong mechanical skills and an understanding of general labor tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a part cleaner or similar role is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in an environment with a strong ink smell.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
