Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee our manufacturing quality processes and ensure compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Lead quality audits and provide guidance on compliance and improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Utilize statistical process control techniques to analyze and improve production quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (Preferred - Not Required)
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and implementation - Experience with IATF is a plus
- Experience within Plastics Manufacturing a plus
- Familiarity with quality audits and compliance processes
- Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis
- Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is desirable
