Compensation:
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly at plan
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the foreclosure process, ensuring they understand each step and feel supported.
- Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the complexities of purchasing and selling distressed properties.
- Stay informed about local foreclosure listings and market trends to provide clients with the most current information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to foster repeat and referral business.
- Utilize provided leads to focus on client service, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience.
- Collaborate with administrative support to streamline transactions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Leverage advanced marketing tools to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers or sellers.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License.
