Overview

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, qualifying leads, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and able to engage prospective customers in a professional manner before transferring them to a sales representative.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists or CRM tools.
  • Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, purchasing interest, and decision-maker information.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our products/services and answer basic questions from prospects.
  • Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Maintain accurate call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while adapting conversations to customer needs.
  • Build rapport with prospects and create a positive first impression of the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
