Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists or CRM tools.
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, purchasing interest, and decision-maker information.
- Clearly communicate the value of our products/services and answer basic questions from prospects.
- Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
- Maintain accurate call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while adapting conversations to customer needs.
- Build rapport with prospects and create a positive first impression of the company.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
